There is only one trade show for innovative luxury packaging in America - Luxe Pack: come to New York on May 21 and 22 to the Metropolitan Pavilion to see the wonderful packaging ideas being offered by more than 100 exhibitors.

This year’s show – the sixth – is even bigger than before. An additional 13,200 square feet in the adjoining Altman Building brings the total to 40,000 square feet for the approximately 110 exhibitors. Not only is there more space and more exhibitors, but there are more seminars and conferences going on too.

Among the many topics of interest are a number of seminars where sustainability plays a key role: Andrew Dent, Vice President Library and Materials Research at Material ConneXion will be talking about “sustainability and luxury packaging” and there’s also a round-up of products in “sustainable packaging: what’s new from our exhibitors”. Marc Rosen leads a panel discussion entitled “Basta! Does luxury have to mean excess?” Material ConneXion is also sponsoring a lounge area dedicated to recycled materials – visitors can stop and chat to the experts from this blue-ribbon materials resource.

Cross-cultural branding, marketing in a changing world, vertical and international markets and their influence on beauty packaging will also be under discussion – sign up for the seminars that will help you manage your business even better.
