• Asia Pacific Coatings Show 2008

Continuing growth in the Asia coatings market means that this year’s Asia Pacific Coatings Show, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Malaysia, will be more popular than ever. Taking place between June 24 and 26, the show offers an exhibition, a conference, exhibitor business presentations and award ceremonies.

The exhibition promotes the latest developments in paint and coatings technologies to meet the region’s environmental, manufacturing and industrial needs. Business presentations provide visitors with the opportunity to hear about the benefits of individual products directly from the manufacturer or distributor and get direct answers to technical questions.

Visitors can take advantage of the wisdom and experience of the speakers during the accompanying two-day conference with a broad variety of topics ranging from waterborne cationic binders for wood, nano-technology for waterborne coatings, to photopolymer and UV-curable nano-composite coatings, environmental solvent solutions and more.

The conference will deliver novel concepts, designs and materials for the field of organic coatings and materials and aims to provide marketing and scientific representatives with a deeper understanding of the solutions that the industry can offer to current problems.

The awards presented on June 25 fall into four categories: environmental award, most innovative product, best conference paper, marketing campaign of the year and best stand award. The award ceremonies allow companies to show how their corporate philosophy, innovative power and management help them to excel in the coatings industry.
