Although Blickfang is known and enjoyed in Zürich, Vienna and Tokyo, it was actually born in Stuttgart, Germany. From March 7 to 9, for the 16^th time, Blickfang is going home and the Liederhalle Congress Center will open its doors to designers from Germany and neighboring countries for an unforgettable design experience.

Blickfang is one of the few shows on the circuit that attracts a strong designer presence. Visitors have the opportunity not only to see the latest from young designers but also to talk to the designers themselves. This year there will be around 160 furniture, jewellery and fashion designers showing their latest pieces and collections.

Among the events are the traditional gold, silver and bronze Blickfang Design awards and the City Corner series will once again be playing host to yet another metropolis. The success of last year’s student competition has again attracted a variety of submissions in the categories of furniture, light and/or home accessories and at least three of them will be on show in Stuttgart. There will also be the usual wide-ranging agenda of lectures on design and architecture as well as other exciting events.

More than enough for three fascinating days at Blickfang in Stuttgart!
