Swirls, a lamp element, by textile designer Astrid Krogh. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take a good picture of the installation – which was formed of multiple Swirls filling a wall – this is a promotional image of a single element.

Off, then, to the Nhow Hotel, which housed a few exhibitions in its floors and corridors (probably to the annoyance of its guests ..!).

Quelcheresta (What remains) by Romolo Stanc – an electroluminescent lamp representing the light that remains outside the emptiness of the lamp itself – part of his Riflessioni su mia Nonna (Reflections upon my Grandmother) collection.

Finally, exhausted by relentless design, I trekked into the city to meet up with our friends from NEL. Their show was based on the idea of the Ciudad Satélite – the modern industrial satellite town.
