Goodness Gracious – the new CibaŽ XYMARA™ Fireball™ series of stylings!

The power of the recently launched Ciba® XYMARA™ Fireball™ has been unleashed in a series of new stylings. The nine shades: Melting Magma I, Melting Magma II, Sunset Marina I, Sunset Marina II, Treasure Grove I, Treasure Grove II, Burning Amber, Spicy Velvet and Bloomy Vapor, take their inspiration from the unique shade, shift and sparkle characteristics of Fireball to create a range of, in some cases, previously unattainable shades for ink, paint and coating applications, including for packaging, household appliances and automotive coatings.
The bitter dark chocolate of Treasure Grove I that can turn into liquid black has been eagerly awaited by designers – it is the perfect covering for a high-end sedan, sober but with an acknowledgement of risk. The two Melting Magma colors interpret warmth with a new visual vocabulary and flamboyance is the clear statement made by Sunset Marina II. |

High-end pigment technology gives high durability, making the new Fireball-based stylings suitable for demanding application areas such as exterior automotive coatings and other high-performance items, including mobile phones, personal digital assistants and laptops. The stylings are not only versatile in terms of color, but also in usability – they can be used for both waterborne and solventborne applications, allowing for maximum flexibility in formulation.
